Run for the Wall: Line the Streets
In past years, Angel Fire residents have lined the intersection of Highway 434/64 to greet the Veterans with flags and banners. This year, we would like to join forces and have Eagle Nest residents line the Memorial entrance. We will be handing out flags (donated by the Village of Angel Fire). Not only is this a great opportunity to honor our Veterans, but we have been told by participating Veterans that it is extremely moving. There are very few towns along the route to Washington who make the Veterans feel as special as we do! Please join us by 4:00pm at the Memorial on Friday, 16th.
