Planning and Zoning
Building permit applications and all documentation MUST be submitted by the Thursday prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered until the following month or until complete.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the second Wednesday of each month, October through Apriol at 6:00 pm. During the months of May through September, meetings are held the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 6:00 pm. All meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Village Hall.
Planning and Zoning Commission is an advisory board. After review of Building Permit Application, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall include their recommendations on the agenda at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Village Council, where final review/approval will be given.
