Eagle Nest....The Last Best Place!

Situated on the North shore of majestic Eagle Nest Lake, Eagle Nest is bursting with Old West culture that includes a western downtown and panning for gold!

The Main Street is less than a mile long, with shops carrying locally-made crafts and fine arts, Indian jewelry, antiques, and much more.

For the ANGLER, Eagle Nest Lake; the newest State Park in New Mexico, has some of the best fishing for trophy Rainbow trout, and Kokanee salmon in all the southwest!  Adjacent to 1.6 million acre Carson National Forest.

Eagle Nest is a NATURE LOVER’S PARADISE for the camper, backpacker, hiker or four-wheeler.
